1. Service description
Landvaya provides a visa-friendly job-search service for international students and foreign workers. We find and rank sponsoring roles, AI-tailor resumes for each role (Pro and Max), and provide real-time interview assistance via the AI Interview Copilot (Pro and Max). On the Max tier we submit job applications on behalf of subscribers (operator-applied). Landvaya is not an immigration law firm and does not provide immigration legal advice.
2. Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months, except as described in our money-back guarantee for inaccurate submissions.
3. Acceptable use
You must provide accurate information about your work authorization status, experience, and qualifications. We apply on your behalf using materials you've reviewed and approved. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and any application materials you submit to us.
4. Interview Copilot
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Interview Copilot complies with any policies set by employers conducting your interview. Landvaya does not warrant that use of the Copilot is permitted in any specific interview context. Use it where appropriate.
5. Disclaimer
Landvaya is not an immigration advisor. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice. Consult a qualified immigration attorney for decisions affecting your visa status. We are not responsible for immigration outcomes, employer decisions, or any consequences arising from your use of this service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landvaya's liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
7. Governing law
