— About
We built this because we needed it.
Landvaya started as a personal pipeline for one international student trying not to spend his OPT clock on roles that wouldn't sponsor him. It worked, so we turned it into a product.
— Why
The job market is not the same job market for everyone.
An international student on OPT or PGWP has a deadline most domestic applicants don't. Every week spent applying to companies that won't sponsor is a week off the clock. Aggregators don't tell you which roles are real, recruiters don't always know, and most "AI" job tools don't account for visa status at all.
Landvaya does. We surface jobs from companies with verified sponsorship history. Every posting is cross-referenced against public sponsorship data before it reaches your feed. Companies that have never sponsored anyone in your role family are filtered out by default. That list is currently north of 300 companies, and we refresh the feed nightly.
We then added the things every applicant wishes they had: a resume tailored to each specific role, and a quiet voice in the interview reminding you what's on your own resume when your brain blanks. That's the Copilot.
— What we don't do
No magic. No sales theatre.
We don't claim to "fix" your job search or guarantee an offer. We can't promise you a role that wouldn't have hired you anyway. The Copilot doesn't generate answers. It gives you a structure and a reminder of your own experience.
We don't sell your data, we don't run a course, and we don't get paid by the companies you apply to. The only thing we sell is the subscription.
We won't pretend the Copilot is a clear-cut tool either. Some employers explicitly prohibit external aids; some don't. Read the rules and make your own call.

"I built v1 in my apartment in Sunnyvale during my own OPT window. If something in Landvaya feels too pointed for a job search tool, it's probably because I needed it that pointed myself."
